SwanComm is our parent-staff organisation (Registered Charity number 1198211). Parents and carers work with the school to create a sense of community and support learning, raising funds to pay for activities and equipment to enhance our young people’s school experience.

When you join The Swan as a parent or carer, you automatically become a member of SwanComm. All are welcome to attend SwanComm meetings twice a term to help plan social activities and fundraising events. It’s a great way to contribute to school life and get to know other parents and carers. 

SwanComm holds annual events such as Swan Craft Fair, Year 7 Student Disco/Parent Social, International Evening, Sports Day Picnic and SwanFest (Summer Fete) etc. If you want to get more involved, you can join the SwanComm committee, or simply look out for opportunities to sign up to help out as and when you can.
